Review

I can’t tell you how much I love this Stockpot!  I never had anything like it!  Look how wide it is!

1IMG_3439

I usually have some lasagne sheets sticking out of the boiling water because my stock pots are not very wide.  This pot can accommodate a box of lasagne with room to spare!

1IMG_3448

I think I’m in love!

1IMG_3444

I made a batch of spaghetti sauce with meatballs and sausage and cooked it for 90 minutes without anything sticking to the bottom.  (It usually sticks to my regular pot.)

The nonstick interior is well-made and durable.

I love the comfortable, rubber handles.  I feel more confident lifting a pot full of food when the handles are not slippery.

The break-resistant glass lid is a plus.  You can see how the food is cooking without opening the lid several times during the cooking process.

The bronze nonstick finish on the outside of the pot is very modern and sophisticated.  The bronze color looks nice with my counter top!

I have wanted a wide stock pot for lasagne for a long time.  This stock pot certainly fit the bill.  I’m going to enjoy using this for sure!

This is a beautiful pot and a wonderful size. I’m the official lasagna maker for our extended family, making 2 pans at a time. I could make enough sauce for both easily in this pot.

    Peggy Smith says

I have one stock pot but it is very thin and tends to have one spot where anything you cook in it sticks. It would be glorious to have a nice stock pot.

    Sandi Kirtlan says

Wow! What a great idea. I would love to have this pan. And as my 17 year old daughter is under 5 feet tall, she could actually help me cook without standing on her tiptoes to look in the stockpot. :)

    Deanna D says

I was just thinking that I need a stock pot! This one is perfect. My old one got left with my ex. :-(

Is it weird to say that a pot is beautiful? Anyway…it’s beautiful. It would be perfect for my Spinach Stuffed Pasta Shells. :)

There are so many times when my current stock pots just were not wide enough. I would love to have great cooking experiences with this pot. Plus, I could use a new pot. One is warped and needs to be tossed.

I like that the stockpot can fit lasagna noodles, because I have trouble cooking them too in the pot I currently have. I also like that it’s non-stick because the less time I have to spend doing the dishes, the better.

    Marianne says

My family has reached the size that a pot like this would be wonderful to cook in! I just had to throw out my super cheap/hand-me down old stock pot and am in need of a replacement. This one looks GREAT! Thanks for the contest!

I have never had a non-stick oven proof stock pan before and this one sounds and looks amazing. There are so many yummy things I could use this pan for.

  20. 208

I, too, think I’m in love. This is a great stockpot by Anolon. The size is great. Usually companies do not back up their products with Lifetime (limited) Warranties. Its good to know Anolon does.

  21. 215

    Linda Bradshaw says

This would be perfect for me to make my special beef stew in. I don’t have good pans. Mine are from yard sales.

I spend 3 full days a week preparing and sending manufactures coupons to our Military families overseas. I have, therefore become a huge fan of Make Ahead and freeze for my family. This Anolon pan would be a great assist in my big batch cooking. So far this year I have sent over 230,000.00 dollars worth of help for these families stationed, on our behalf, all over the world.

    carol clark says

i like the fact it can withstand 400 degree of heat but i also like the color the rubber handle i dont know if id put in the oven you know but thats me id cook a good home cooked meal like a stew in it wow impressed of this pot

  25. 271

What a great review. I love this stockpot. The size is really wonderful. I really love a large pot. This would be wonderful for making soups, chili and cooking corn on the cob too.

  26. 277

    Lily Sheng says

I think this will work great for my mom’s sautee needs! She’s always interested in a non-stick pan with super high sides that she can sautee foods in and will be more splatter-proof than a traditional skillet!

  27. 318

    Mary Somerville says

I love the shape, and size of this pan. It would be perfect for many jobs. The rubber on the handles is a nice touch also.

  28. 334

    Stephanie says

I love the color of this stock pot, it’s so much nicer than my plain old black one. And the size is great. Thanks for the chance to win!

  29. 347

    says

I love the fact that this pot represents the best of both worlds, a safe nonstick, so cleanup is easier, with the benefits of a non-reactive pot, so you don’t have to limit what you make and can cook up a pot of bolognese, soups, stews, chili or other acidic tomato based dishes. The size is fantastic, I can imagine easily doubling family favorite recipes, so I can freeze extras for easy, go to, week night meals. An investment in quality and convenience. I would enjoy having this pot in my kitchen.

  30. 364

    Jill Myrick says

I love this stock pot ! It would be so nice to be able to cook noodles without worrying about breakage. or being able to cook a large roast or chicken withe plenty of vegetables for my large family without having to to divide it between two pots.

  32. 420

    Ellie Wright says

I love this pot. I never can find a wide enough pot. I usually cook big batches of whatever I’m cooking, so size is a big factor in cookware for me.

  33. 435

    Carolann McLaughlin says

I use a similar pot to this almost every time I cook and have the same issues as you mentioned by needing one wider and just as high to cook my one pot meals. This will be the perfect solution to my cooking dilemmas. Thanks so much for offering this as a prize!

  34. 448

    Carolyn Daley says

I like that the stockpot is deep enough for huge family meals and that it contains a nonstick interior.

  35. 453

    Melanie Comello says

I absolutely love it! And would love to try it out with a big giant pot full of Chicken and Dumplings 😉
