My house goes through a lot of eggs; I have four kids and two cooking sites.  Before I thought eggs were eggs, until I learned about Davidson’s Safest Choice Eggs; a warm water bath eliminates the risk of Salmonella, bacteria and viruses.  Now to me that is very important.  I’m always sanitizing and making sure that I do not cross contaminate and as far as my eggs; what if I didn’t cook them long enough, what if the kids touched the egg and then didn’t wash their hands.  Now all that worrying is gone since I started buying Davidson’s.

Using only warm water and a unique combination of time and temperature, farm fresh eggs are heated to the exact temperature needed to destroy all bacteria without cooking the egg or changing its taste.  Because the surface of each egg has over 17,000 tiny pores, a thin layer of food-grade wax coats the eggs once they are pasteurized, preventing cross contamination and extending its shelf life to over two months!

Each egg is easily identified by a red circle “P,” it’s also rich in nutrients, protein, and heart healthy fats, and it has only 70 calories.  They’re all-natural, vegetarian, and certified kosher too.  I’ve been using these eggs for quite some time now and they cook up beautifully, taste delicious, and they’re worry free, lol.  I’d love for you to try them too so I have 2 coupons for a dozen of eggs for you to try for free!

Leave a comment telling me what you’d cook up first with your eggs!

Open to U.S. residents, the winner will be chosen at random on 7/31/15.  I was provided with the eggs, however the opinions expressed are my own.

I have been buying better eggs for a good while now. I have never heard of this brand. Probably not in our area.

I received the coupon today for Blakes. I had never heard of this either but some stores in our area do carry it. Thank you again!

I’ve never seen this brand. Wonder if they would be in my area. I would make egg salad or deviled eggs. My favorites. Thanks.

We bake a lot in our household, so eggs are primarily used in things like breads cakes, and other desserts. For a stand-alone egg recipe, I would make omelets. Our kids love to stuff their omelets full of a variety of things.
