Disclosure: I received a T-Fal Clipso Pressure Cooker and Zebada Kitchen Handy. The comments in my review are 100% my own.

The T-fal Clipso is a 6.3 QT. (12 PSI) stainless steel pressure cooker that takes the guesswork out of using a pressure cooker. Ideal for the home cook with a busy schedule, the T-fal Clipso allows users to prepare elaborate and impressive meals very quickly and safely. The T-fal Clipso allows users to open and close the lid using only one hand and a steam release valve that controls steam release for added safety. The durable stainless steel construction guarantees an extended lifespan and is dishwasher safe, excluding the gasket and pressure valve.
The T-fal Clipso includes a steam basket, stand and recipe booklet.
The T-fal Clipso is available in Macy’s retailers and Macys.com for $99.99 and Amazon.com.

My T-Fal Clipso Review
As much as I love cooking and kitchen gadgets, I have never tried using a pressure cooker. I think I was afraid of them. Now that I’ve tried this one, I feel comfortable using it and can’t wait to cook more dishes to see how much time I can save!

Just so you know, I used my Clipso on my gas stove.

I tried pressure cooking some carrots just to get the hang of using the pressure cooker. I filled the pot with about 2 cups of water, placed the tripod in the water, then placed the steaming basket on the tripod. I cooked the carrots for about 7 minutes and they were nice and tender! I was sure to read the manual before cooking and followed the instructions to operate the pressure cooker. It really is easy.

Then I tried my Baby Back Ribs recipe. I filled the pressure cooker with 4 cups of water, cut 1 slab of ribs into 3 pieces and placed them in the pressure cooker. Instead of boiling them on the stove for 1½ - 2 hours, I pressure cooked them for 45 minutes! (We like our ribs to be done where they still stay together, but are almost ready to fall off the bone.) I was really impressed with how fast they cooked!

After they were cooked, I placed them on a sheet pan, brushed them with BBQ sauce, and broiled them until they browned on each side. They were yummy! We’re going to make them again around the holidays when our boys come home. In the summer, we’ll finish these off on the grill outdoors. Right now, grilling is not really an option in my neck of the woods. I live in MA and it’s snowing as I’m writing this post!

One of the vegetables that we enjoy is mashed turnip. They take a LONG time to cook, so I thought I’d test them out for this review. Normally, I boil them for 60-90 minutes. In the pressure cooker it took about 25 - 30 minutes! Another time saver, for sure!
When I mentioned my new pressure cooker to one of my friends at school, she told me that she has 2 different size pressure cookers. She rattled off a long list of dishes that she makes in them. There was soup, beef stew, and chili to name a few. It got me excited about trying all sorts of dishes in my new Clipso and how much time I’ll save in the kitchen!
I have to say, I found this Clipso easy to use. You really can use one hand to open and close it. It’s very well made and a good size for my small family.
If I could make a recommendation, I would love a “cooking time” chart in the recipe book or manual for different meats and vegetables, so I’ll know how long each one would take in the pressure cooker. Otherwise, I have to look on-line for approximate cooking times.
Kitchen storage space is always an issue, but I’m finding a nice spot for this pressure cooker because it’s going to get a lot of use!
Zabada Handy Review

The Kitchen Handy features two advanced microfibres. A ‘Grease’ side for removing grease from ovens, rangehoods and cooking appliances. A ‘Grime’ side, with light scouring patches, for removing food residues and light grease with no chemicals, just water!
- Grime side surfaces include: sinks, benches, appliances, baking trays, pots and pans
- Grease side surfaces include: stove tops, inside your oven, range hood and pots (on a cool surface)

Wow! This Zabada Kitchen Handy is one heavy duty cleaning pad! I can honestly say that I have never used anything like it. It is rugged, well made, washes up nicely, and looks like it will last a long time. I really like it! This will also get a lot of use in my kitchen!
