I have been selected to review two new Weight Watchers Smart Ones Satisfying Selections!

The first meal that I tried is the Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo.

It was super easy to prepare.  Simply add a little water to the skillet (as directed) and add the frozen meal.  Cook and stir occasionally until heated through.

The Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo was creamy and cooked well.  The portion size was great.

The second meal that I tried is the Ziti with Meatballs & Cheese.

I heated this frozen meal in the skillet as well.

I preferred this meal over the Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo.  I love meatballs and this dish had plenty of them!  Dave also tried this one and he thought it was pretty good!  He said that he would throw this together for himself if he needed a quick hot meal.

Personally, I think it’s great to keep meals like this in the freezer. It helps with portion control and provides a quick nutritious meal when you’re short on time.

Before selecting these meals, check out the sodium contents, they are incredibly high which is the reason I refuse to buy them, very unhealthy

Lawat leaf extracts are traditionally used in preventing hair loss,
promoting hair growth and releaving itchiness and
skin inflammation. While some causes of hair loss might be associated with how
you eat and what your physical health is, not all of them
involve good diet and healthy habits. These products work the best in younger men who have only begun to lose their hair,
and in those whose androgenetic alopecia is still in the early stages where hair
is thinning but continuing to grow.

Newer technologies and advanced tools have made it possible for cosmetic surgeons to carry
out the highly delicate surgical procedures with more confidence and
mitigated risk factors. In recent years the term “mommy-makeover” has become more common. There is no question that how you
look has an impact in the workplace.

In the last five years, the survey states, a face life, or
rhytidectomy, is one of the most requested
of all invasive procedures. Calvert states, it requires a great deal of
planning and preparation, as well as a lengthy recovery
time (a three to five week hospital stay, with about six weeks of home rest prior
to returning to work). They also exhibit a willingness to answer questions and to make a patient feel safe and comfortable.

You can keep your spray tan longer by using products that will not only
preserve its color but also enhances it. The most incredibly efficient solutions and options encompass

Ear deformities, especially in children can become a target for the less caring children resulting in the child being ridiculed and teased.

When too much pressure is put on the hair over time it can speed up
the hair shedding process, resulting in the loss of hairs already in the
telogen phase. However, pulling on a scab that was adherent
to the skin usually dislodged the graft - often several days after pulling on a
    hair was safe.
