Are you a cheesecake fan?  I am!  I’ll never forget eating my very first New York-Style cheesecake in New York City many years ago.  I ate every bit of it!  That is one happy food memory!  :)  When I had the opportunity to review Junior’s Cheesecake Cookbook, I jumped at the chance to learn how to make my own New York-Style cheesecake!  To be honest,  I didn’t know much about the history of Junior’s Cheesecake or their restaurants.  Their restaurants are located in New York City (Brooklyn, Grand Central Station, and Times Square).  They now have a restaurant at MGM Grand at Foxwoods Casino in CT!  I’m going check that out some time as it is a little less than 2 hours from my house.  Their restaurants look incredible! Check out this video of author Alan Rosen (grandson of Junior’s founder, Harry Rosen, and a third generation co-owner of Junior’s restaurants).

I’ve only tried one of the recipes from this cookbook so far. I started with Junior’s Cheesecake Tart. This was delicious and actually pretty easy to make!

Junior’s Cheesecake Cookbook has 50 cheesecake recipes with incredible pictures throughout the book.  With the help of these recipes, I see many cheesecakes in my future!

    Whenever we go into the city, we eat a juniors. I can say that all of the cheesecake I’ve had there has been delicious!! The brownie marble swirl one looks good!!!
