I tried one recipe from the book so far and it was fantastic!

This is Butter Pecan with Brandy!  I really enjoyed it!  I made it when I had company and we ate it right out of the ice cream maker.  My Sister-in-law Kristy and Brother-in-law Keith loved it!  It was creamy with lots of flavor!  It calls for 1/4 cup of brandy.  It didn’t taste boozy at all.  I will definitely make it again!
