Have you heard of Celsius, Your Negative Calorie Drink? I didn’t either until I was contacted about doing a review. I’ll be honest, I’ve never drank an energy drink because I was afraid that I may experience a bad side effect or there were some funky ingredients in it. The ingredients, which are healthy, consist of Green Tea with EGCG, Ginger, Calcium, Chromium, Guarana, and Vitamins B & C. It has no sugar, no high fructose corn syrup, no aspartame, very low sodium, no preservatives, no artificial colors or flavors, and it’s vitamin enriched! The blend of these ingredients is designed to work together to increase calorie and fat burning over a three-hour period. It can burn 100 calories and more per serving, burn up to 93% more body fat per serving, increase your metabolism, and provides a healthy energy. It comes in sparkling Orange, Wild Berry and Cola and non-carbonated Raspberry Acai Green Tea and Peach Mango Green Tea.

Normally about an hour after I’m done doing the treadmill I seem to go into a slump and I have no idea why. I’ve tried doing it at different times of the day, but it still happens. Being that Celsius has natural ingredients I decided to give it a try, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. First off, it tastes really good. I don’t care for sweet drinks and this one is not at all and I also don’t like carbonated drinks so I was happy that they offered two flavors that are non-carbonated. The flavors are subtle and not over powering at all.

I tried the samples and then I actually went out and bought more! For one, it tastes great, it got me through that slump when I was done doing the treadmill, and I had no side effects at all. It does make me sweat more when I’m exercising so I’m assuming I’m burning more calories, and I’m hoping more fat too. I haven’t used it long enough to actually see major results, but I do know it seems to be helping and I’m happy about that. If you’re looking for a great tasting drink for your active life style then I highly recommend Celsius!
