Remember I said that I was going to review this Biddeford Warming Blanket from CSNstores.com? Well, it was finally cold enough the last few days to fire her up! Yes, I happily preheated my side of the bed before I got in it and let me tell you…it was warm and cozy!
I ordered a taupe warming blanket (as shown above). As much as I love the brick color, the taupe blanket goes better with my bedding. So how do you test and review a heating blanket? Crank it up to the highest setting and see how fast it heats up, of course! 
The last few nights, I set my side of the blanket on 9, took a shower, and came back to a warm, comfy bed! Once the bed was warmed up, I turned it off for the night. When Dave wants to heat his side of the bed, he usually sets his control between 3 and 5. Whoever invented heating blankets with dual controls is a genius! I’m always colder than Dave, so it’s nice to be able to set the control on the number that I like.

I missed this with my order. How much was the blanket? I have a heated mattress pad (with dual controls) on our bed, but my kids would love these! I got a new blender and hope to post my review soon.

Hi Jane - I actually ordered one of these and love it so thanks for letting me know about these. I do have a question - When I heat mine up only the outside wire warm up (along the edge of the blanket - the middle of the blanket doesn’t heat up. Does yours do the same? Just curious.

Hi Tina,
My blanket warms up the area of where I sleep (my chest and belly area) but not the feet. It doesn’t heat the area between my husband and me. Hope that helps!
