If you’re a foodie, I can’t think of a better way to start off the new year than winning this $500 Scanpan CTX 5-piece cookware set from CHEFS Catalog! 
 
After 24 years of marriage, you can imagine what my pots and pans looked like.  So a few months ago, I purchased a Scanpan CTX Cookware Set from CHEFS Catalog and I can honestly say I LOVE them!  I love the sleek look of the pans.  They’re different from anything that I’ve seen in the stores.  The pans are heavy duty and are made very well.

This is a cheese sauce for a casserole I made.

 

If you’re looking for pans that are easy to clean, look no further!  I overcooked a pasta dish in my Scanpan once and the whole burnt mess came out in one big chunk instead of sticking to the pan.  I’m really happy with these nonstick pans!

    I had never heard of Scanpans before. My pans have all been passed down to me from my grandma so they are probably the same age as yours. In the past month my husband has burned them so badly they no longer cook evenly =( These sound amazing like that they are oven safe to keep pancakes warm & for making Socca de Nice.

    Never heard of them before, but would love to win this set for my parents. They have a very old set of Tfal, that are falling apart. I think it was a cheap set to begin with, and now at least 20 years later, many of the pots and pans have lost their handles. Thanks!!!

    I’ve not been lucky enough to cook with a scanpan,
    But I dream of and I long for a day when I can!
    Because when it comes to pans, of these I’m a big fan
    as all others by comparison are just an ‘also ran’

    I follow you on fb and thave +1 your site. But aside from all of that I love finding a good pot or pan, especially when they are sturdy and distribute heat well. And since I am about to get married I want to make sure that whatever new pots and pans are a solid and good investment.

    I have never heard of scanpans before but they look great! I am still using the same pans I bought in college and i’m now 30 years old. Believe me cooking is not an easy process in my home. I have been wanting to get new pans that WORK but I just have not had the money to spend on expenmsice pans that will last.
