THIS GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED!

Have you noticed how popular cupcakes have become over the last few years? Author Wendy Paul has made it even easier for us to make great looking cupcakes! By using a cake mix and a few other ingredients, Wendy has turned average cupcakes into gourmet creations!  You’ll love her new book.  There are lots of mouth-watering pictures!

This video features Wendy Paul on Studio 5.  Check out all the wonderful cupcakes from her cookbook 101 Gourmet Cupcakes in 10 Minutes!

Here’s a picture of the yummy Chocolate Chip Zucchini Muffins that I made from Wendy’s cookbook!  I didn’t tell anyone that there was zucchini in them!  It’s funny how you can’t see the zucchini once it’s been baked!

I love the names of Wendy’s cupcakes! Here’s just a sampling from her book:

Banana Split
Chocolate Cookie Dough
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup
Easter Peeps
Gingerbread Cookie
Give Me S’More
Ice cream Sandwich
Orange Creamsicle
Peach Cobbler
Root Beer Float
Strawberry Cheesecake
