Disclosure: I received a Hannaford gift card which will allow me to purchase the canned items and other ingredients I need for a series of 8 posts about the Cans Get You Cooking program. I am disclosing this per FTC guidelines.

For my October Cans Get You Cooking post, I’d like to share all of the different canned goods that I buy on a regular basis. I took pictures of the canned goods at my local Market Basket. So here they are, in no particular order.
I use these Old El Paso Chopped Green Chiles in my Mexican dishes.
I also use the Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies in my Mexican dishes and hot appetizers.
Contadina Tomato Paste is added to my homemade Spaghetti Sauce.
Hunts Sauce is used in my Sloppy Joes recipe and other pasta dishes.
I couldn’t make my homemade spaghetti sauce without 2 cans of Pastene Ground Peeled Tomatoes!
B & M Baked Beans are quite a staple in my house.
I use Nestle Carnation Sweetened Condensed Milk for lots of dessert recipes.
I go through a lot of Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin this time of year!
As far as canned soups go, Progresso Tomato Basil is my personal favorite.
Dave and I love Campbell’s Cream of Chicken soup in my Parmesan Chicken Bake!
I use College Inn chicken and beef broth for lots of recipes. As for the chicken broth, it is added to my Make Ahead Mini Chicken Pot Pie recipe.
I always keep Delmonte Sweet Peas on hand. It goes with just about anything.
I use Bush’s Kidney Beans in Dave’s famous chili!
I use Campbell’s Golden Pork Gravy for my Pork Chops with Golden Pork Gravy.
I eat Dole Pineapple Chunks as a snack and always leave some in the refrigerator at work in case I get hungry.
The DelMonte 100 calorie cans of fruit get packed in my lunch bag at least once a week.
Last, but not least, we love cranberry sauce with chicken or turkey.
A well-stocked Cantry helps you save time and get a healthy, flavorful and home-cooked meal on the table, more often. It’s homemade made easy!
Now that you’ve seen what I buy on a regular basis, what canned goods are in YOUR Cantry?

This time of year there is always a few cans of Libby’s Pumpkin and Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk for my pumpkin pies. I also have a good stock of Chicken Corn Chowder (Any brand really) for my cold day lunches ;)
I keep canned chicken for quick chicken salad or chicken and barley soup. Always have tom. sauce, paste, red beans, black beans, pineapple, and peaches.
My cantry had a lot of the same stuff - tomatoes, beans, soup, pineapple, tuna. :)
I use many of the same products as you do. Rotel is the BEST. Oh, and we go through boatloads of baked beans….B&M one are so much better than Bush’s!
Canned tuna, crushed pineapple, sardines, pumpkin, tsubishian, garbanzo beans, cream of mushroom soup, Amy’s lentil soups!
