I’m always looking for cute recipe ideas, and when I saw these Tomato Cream Cheese Tulips, I thought they were adorable! So for our weekend brunch I decided to make a few. They are so easy to prepare, and I left them in the fridge until we were ready to eat. Now my kids loved the tomato part, but skipped the green onion stem, however my husband devoured the entire tulip. These would make the perfect appetizer for a bridal shower, a birthday, or even all the picnics this summer…enjoy!
