I was so excited to review this cookbook! I have watched the author, John Barricelli, on Everyday Food and Everyday Baking on PBS. His recipes always look quick and simple.

Here’s a photo of the one I made. I may have slightly overcooked it. It was a little more dense than I would like, but still enjoyable.

I have not seen him on TV, but these recipes sound fantastic. I need some new cobbler recipes for my husband to make in his dutch oven. He makes the same one all the time. I love to bake and am always looking for new recipes. Thank you for this opportunity.
