I tried the Classic Chicken Pot Pies on page 56!
I made 4 small pies using these aluminum pie plates. We ate two and froze 2 of them. The flavor was excellent and the pie crust was super flaky.

I would love to win this cookbook. Although i know of many and probably innumerable types of sweet pies and then empanadas, I never realized that there were many savory pies that could be made and enjoyed. This book would be a blessing to expand on meals for my family as well as for visitors who join our family for dinner. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
I just recently heard of empanadas. I have made them twice. Would love to see the recipe in this book. Savory pies is something I have never tried except the empanadas. My husband would like them I am sure.
