Disclosure: I received the Wolfgang Puck Pressure Oven. The comments in this post are 100% my own.

This oven is so versatile!  It’s a countertop oven that can bake, roast, broil, warm, toast, reheat, and it even has a rotisserie.  With the special pressure technology, some foods cook in 1/3 of the time!  Check out this video!

Here’s a view of the Vent Release Valve on the top of the oven.

Check out what I made so far!

The first thing we cooked was a whole chicken on the rotisserie.

This 4 lb. chicken was done in 40 minutes!  I normally roast whole chicken 20 minutes per pound, so this method cooked it in half of the time.  It was juicy and tender and boy did it smell good while it was cooking!

Next, we splurged and cooked a 6 lb. Prime Rib on the rotisserie.

It was so good!  Dave likes it rare and Andrew and I like it medium, so we all got what we wanted!

I also cooked my frozen Make Ahead Bacon-Wrapped Mini Meatloaves in the oven and they cooked faster than usual!

So what do I think of the Wolfgang Puck Pressure Oven?  It is really handy!  The pressure mode is a welcomed time saver.  The rotisserie works great and will get a lot of use.  And when I have a big crowd to feed, it will give me an extra oven to heat up my side dishes!  All-in-all, this oven is a great appliance for home cooks like me!

Wow Jane, it’s 5:53 am and I am looking at those cuts of meat and getting hungry! Dinner for breakfast? Yes, please! I really like Wolfgang Puck. He seems like a good guy and this appears to be an awesome product. I have one of his recipes on my site. How is the clean-up? It can definitely cook well!

Good question! There’s no self-cleaning option, so I’ve been cleaning it with Windex as I go. There’s a great crumb tray that I clean every time I use it.

    Hi Jane,
I’ve seen some misleading times regarding the prime rib. Can you tell me how long you cooked your prime rib for under pressure ? The conversion chart says 90 mins however I’ve seen a couple videos with Wolfgang doing a 6lb prime rib in 45 minutes and 1 with the bone-in for 90 minutes. I don’t want to splurge on Prime Rib and then either under cook or overcook. Thanks for your help in advance.
I love your pictures. My oven arrives tomorrow.
    Best regards,
    Sam

I purchase the oven about 2 years ago and have used it more than my regular oven. I not only use it for pressure cooking but also regular oven, would recommend it to everyone.

I need to get a recipe for cooking temperature & cooking time for a fully cooked sugar cured spiral ham.
The ham is too large for my electric pressure cooker; it fits nicely in my Wolfgang Pressure Cooker Oven. I would like to get a WEB address for cooking in the Wolfgang Pressure Cooker Oven. Tanks, PDH
