I tried the Garlic Shrimp Risotto recently. I love the fresh veggies and there was a good amount of shrimp per serving. All I had to do was heat it up in a pan, and stir occasionally. Couldn’t be easier for a quick weeknight meal! I haven’t tried the Roasted Chicken Risotto yet.
Bertolli also has 2 new frozen Meal Soups…Ricotta and Lobster Ravioli in a Seafood Bisque and Italian-Style Wedding Soup. Adding to the four flavors released last year, these new soups are hearty and fresh-tasting with high-quality proteins, crisp vegetables and al dente pasta.
I love the Ricotta and Lobster Ravioli in a Seafood Bisque! It is very flavorful, rich and hearty. It’s super easy to heat on the stove and is perfect on a chilly day. I would buy this again for myself.
The Italian Wedding Soup is excellent! I love it! Just as good as any restaurant. Just heat on the stove and serve! This is very fresh tasting, not like canned soup at all. I plan on stocking my freezer with a few bags of this soup. Dave really enjoyed it and it’s something tasty that he can heat up for himself when I’m not home.

The Roasted Chicken Risotto sounds absolutely delicous and Italian Wedding Soup is my favorite soup, so I will definitley keep an eye out for these in the store!

so how do I ORDER the soups
We made the chicken risotto last night for dinner and it was delicious. We did doctor it up a bit - added some leftover cooked asparagus and a handful of grated parmesan cheese, but it would have still been good without them. I will definitely make it again!
