The weather has been hot and humid lately! I’m not complaining about the heat, but the humidity is a lot. With the kids being into kayaking and biking I have to make sure they stay hydrated so I like to mix in a few drinks that we don’t have that often. Normally they drink water, but occasionally I like to surprise them with a refreshing punch like this one!
Refreshing Ginger Punch
Ingredients
- 3 cups 100% orange juice
- 3 cups 100% pineapple juice
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 4 cups club soda
- Orange wedges (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, stir together orange juice, pineapple juice, and ginger.
- Refrigerate to infuse punch with ginger (1 hour).
- Just before serving, stir in club soda.
- Serve over ice, garnished with orange wedges, if desired.
