Oh my goodness! Who doesn’t love a good pie? I have some sweet memories of pumpkin, blueberry, coconut cream, and chocolate cream pie myself!
Mollie Cox Bryan is the author of Mrs. Rowe’s Little Book of Southern Pies and Mrs. Rowe’s Restaurant Cookbook: A Life Time of Recipes From the Shenandoah Valley. (Isn’t her book cover amazing?!) It makes me want to dig right in!

Mrs. Rowe’s Little Book of Southern Pies has over 60 recipes which include the following chapters:
Crusts and Toppings
Fruit, Berry, and Nut Pies
Cream and Custard Pies
Frozen and Icebox Pies
Pies for the Cupboard
There are beautiful photos throughout the book and the recipes are very easy to follow.
With the hot weather lately, I thought it would be nice to try Mollie’s Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Pie. It was so easy to throw together! My husband and I loved it! It really does taste like a creamy Strawberry Daiquiri! You may have caught a glimpse of it in the video. Here are my photos:
