    Jane, I was trying my best to get this Gluten and Dairy Free Pumpkin Cheesecake perfected and posted before Thanksgiving, but obviously that didn’t work out for me. The cheesecake itself was served for Thanksgiving dinner, but the post took me a little longer than I thought to put together LOL. Enjoy!
