Today I’m sharing a twist on the traditional peanut butter cookie recipe. It’s a peanut/egg/gluten/grain/refined sugar free cookie that’s a very tasty alternative for anyone living with food sensitivities, or who’s trying to diversify ingredient choices in order to reduce their chances of developing food intolerances in the first place. I gave up peanut butter long ago, and these Sun Butter Sesame cookies are the closest I can find to replace the real thing.
