KIDS APRIL VACATION COOKING CLASS!
3 Day Workshop - 10AM-NOON
Monday, April 16th; Wednesday, April 18th; and Friday, April 20th
BREAKFAST, LUNCH, AND DINNERStudents will embark on an interactive, hands-on, culinary experience to learn some healthy, simple, delicious recipes they can cook at home. Each day will feature a different meal and include 3 recipes. Students will learn basic knife skills and various other cooking techniques and methods. This will be a culinary experience that will allow them to take practical culinary skills home to their kitchen and WOW the family!
Who: 6-12 years old
Monday, April 16th: Breakfast - Easy, delicious homemade pancakes; breakfast burritos, scrambled eggs, and other egg techniques.
Wednesday, April 18th: Lunch - Ham/Cheese/Pear & Turkey/Cheese/Vegetable Panini sandwiches, baked French fries and fruit salad - plus a knife skills lesson!
Friday, April 20th: Dinner - Sloppy Joes, Baked Honey Mustard Chicken Fingers, and Mini Meatloaves
All classes will include take-home recipes!
Cost is $99.00 for the entire duration of the class.
