Have you ever seen Devin on her cooking show Healthy Decadence on Fit TV?  Devin is also the author of The Biggest Loser Family Cookbook, The Most Decadent Diet Ever!, The Biggest Loser Cookbook, and Fast Food Fix.

I Can’t Believe It’s Not Fattening includes such mouth-watering recipes as Bacon and Egg Breakfast Quesadilla, Santa Fe Chicken Melt with Guacamole, Steakhouse Mushrooms, and Mint Fudge Brownie Sundae.  There are many gorgeous photos throughout the book!

    I grill tilapia, in foil, fresh salad, & fresh fruit. I always provide fresh fruit since my girls love fruit so much. Brocolli & spinach is the only veggies they like. So, we are working on that.

    I'm a huge fan of making fruit smoothies in the a.m. My 4 yr old isn't always hungry first thing, so I make these and he loves them. I throw whatever fruit I have in, some yogurt, flax seed, a little OJ and some ice. So easy!

They're a combination of egg whites, psyllium husks, pumpkin, plain greek yogurt, protein powder, cinnamon and pumpking pie spices and baking soda!
