I plan our dinner menus every week, and sometimes it can be daunting. I don’t want to make the same meals all the time so I always make sure I keep my freezer stocked with chicken and my pantry always has Italian Dressing. These are two staple ingredients that I pick up so I can make plenty of delicious meals in a matter of minutes! One of our favorite meals are one bowl salads. These salads are a one bowl meal that’s packed full of protein, and it’s bursting with flavor! We chop up grilled chicken, add in some brown rice, colored bell peppers and pile it on top of crispy romaine hearts and then drizzle it with Italian dressing. Have you ever had brown rice on a salad? Let me tell you, it is delicious, and when it’s mixed with the Italian dressing it takes it from good to great!
