Over the weekend, I had a chance to test out 2 of them!

 
Nordic Ware Platinum Holiday Mini Loaf Pan

 

I LOVE this pan!  Isn’t it adorable?!

 

I sprayed the pan with nonstick spray before adding my banana bread batter.

 

I filled the pans 3/4 full as directed on the package.

 

Thirty minutes later, I had these little beauties!  The mini breads came right out without sticking!

 

How cute are these?!  I brought them to school in Christmas gift bags and gave a couple to my Principal and to the two women who work in my school office!

This is a fun pan!  There’s so many ways you can decorate it!

 

I filled it with a white cake mix.

 

I also sprayed this pan with nonstick spray and the cake came right out without sticking!

I’m planning on making 2 snowman cakes this weekend with this pan.  I’m going to bring them to school and let my little 2nd graders decorate them with tubes of icing, sprinkles, and
M & Ms.  The finished product should be interesting!  :)

    I think Pumpkin bread would be great or any kind of sweet bread. Those are nice! I am a subscriber to Make Ahead Meals for Busy Moms. The star pan would be pretty with any flavor of cake.

    if i won the nordic ware holiday pans i would use the to bake some christmas gifts for family. probably some apple cinnamon bread, maybe some cinnamon raisin and definitely some banana bread! we jsut had a baby and have had a lot of strokes of bad luck so we dont really have the money for gifts for people so we re baking to give gifts to people.

    In the holiday season I am known for making eggnog bread this would be great to be able to share more of it with the little pans. people seem to like it and well these pans would just add charm to the presentation for the bread.

    First, I would make a cranberry bread. Then I would make Betty’s Banana Bread in honor of my sweet little neighbor that passed away. She would make it at Christmas and pass out to the all her friends on our street, so I would do the same in her honor.

    In the mini bread pans I would make banana nut bread since that is hubby’s favorite…and then give some away as gifts for Christmas. The bunt pan I would make an Almond poppy seed bunt cake with almond-cinnamon glaze on top. And the snowman cake pan would be fun to make a red-velvet cake and then with cream cheese frosting and cute decorations!

    I would love to bake snowmen cakes for my office holiday party! And some chocolate chip loafs for my son for Christmas in the smaller loaf pans. The star pan? - Has to be something classy - probably a white cake with whipped cream icing and glittery edible sprinkles for my book club!
