The 4th of July is almost here and I know we love to have burgers on the grill. They are so juicy and good, but what people don’t know is that I sneak a little added nutrition in. I’m always looking for ways to make recipes healthier and this flax burger is a perfect example. They start out with ground beef, but they also have milled flaxseed. Flax seed is wonderful for you and it’s so nutritious too. I like to add it into my meals whenever I can, and the family never notices it at all. Try this burger and you’ll see for yourself that not only are they delicious, but nutritious too!
