We love to have family fun nights on the weekends and make all kinds of goodies to go along with the movie. This week we made this scrumptious Brie & Fig appetizer. It was so gooey good! The addition of fig spread makes it quite different than a normal baked brie. It gives a touch of sweetness that balances the brie perfectly. We served ours with crackers, however you can use whatever you like.
Fig & Brie Stuffed Croissant
Ingredients
- 1 8 ounce round of brie
- 1 8 ounce package of refrigerated crescent rolls
- 4 Tablespoons fig spread
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease a cookie sheet.
- Unroll the crescent rolls and press all the triangles, but two into a rectangle.
- Place the round of brie in the center.
- Place fig spread onto the brie.
- Wrap the dough up around the brie and spreads.
- Take one of the remaining triangles and place on any opened area.
- Take the last triangle and make a little design on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes; until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
