Vegetable Soup

* One pound ground chuck
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
* Two 14.5-ounce cans of stewed tomatoes
* Two cups of frozen mixed vegetables
* One cup of bowtie pasta
* Salt and pepper
Brown the ground chuck and onion in a large soup pot. Cook until the onion is tender. Drain off grease. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in stewed tomatoes, the vegetables, bowtie pasta, and oregano. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and let simmer for 15 minutes or until the pasta is tender. Serve hot.
