Today’s recipe comes from Cleo at Aspiring New Moms! She is a new Guest Blogger here at Make Ahead Meals for Busy Moms! Welcome aboard Cleo!
You can never have enough salad recipes as far as I’m concerned, and this one couldn’t be easier to prepare.
My family has been joining me in my attempts to be healthier and continue to lose postpartum weight. We have a variation of this salad three nights a week. I keep all of my necessary salad ingredients stocked in the refrigerator. This is our favorite version. My mother-in-law requests it when she comes for dinner. The prep time is less than 10 minutes! We serve this with a loaf of toasty French bread. ~Cleo

This salad is practically a meal! I love that your family is joining you on your weight loss journey. It works SO much better when you have that kind of support.
Very interesting. I’m not wild about lettuce salads, but throw in some great add-ins, and I’m ‘in’ myself! This sounds great…thanks much to both of you for sharing!
Sounds good to me! I’m in a salad rut. This might be what I need to get out of it.
