It’s no big secret that I love Italian food! So the first recipe I wanted to try was Chicken Saltimbocca. OMG! My family and I LOVED it! Check out the preview video. For the full video and recipe, go here.

When I made the Chicken Saltimbocca last weekend, I had to use fontina cheese instead of combozola cheese because I couldn’t find it in the store. Let me tell you…I will be making this again and again! It was that good!

Here is a photo of the Chicken Saltimbocca that I made. What do you think? Not too shabby!

As an affiliate partner with Rouxbe Cooking School, I will be testing out recipes from their site from time to time and posting my results on my blog. If you try out any Rouxbe recipes, let me know what you think!

As part of their affiliate program, I have the power to give you a free, full-access, no-videos-barred, 14-day pass to their site. All you have to do is go to the Rouxbe Online Cooking School and redeem the 14-day Gift Membership. After the trial, you can join for as little as $15 per month; however, there is no obligation. What a lovely chicken dish and great information about the school. I found your blog by chance, but was lured into reading some of your earlier posts. I really like what you are doing here and will be back often to see what you've been cooking. I hope you are having a wonderful day. Blessings…Mary.
