My Review
Sharon Peterson does a great job explaining how to successfully can food in your own kitchen. I found this E Book very easy to read. The chapters include:
- Canning Safety
- Choose Your Food and Canning Method
- The Canners
- Canning Equipment
- Canning Day
- Finishing Up With Success
I’m familiar with Water Bath Canning as I have canned jam, salsa, and pickles. But I never knew much about Pressure Canning and quite frankly was afraid of it. After reading about how the Pressure Canner works and reading all of Sharon’s great tips, I feel that I could easily do this on my own.
I like that she has links to her site to further explain something in detail and will demonstrate it with additional pictures. Sharon highly stresses safety, before, during, and after, to ensure successful canning.
