Review: P.F. Chang’s Home Menu Noodle Entrees

Did you know that October 6th is National Noodle Day?  P.F. Chang’s is celebrating with four new frozen Noodle entrees from P.F. Chang’s Home Menu! The two-serving P.F. Chang’s Home Menu noodle meals are available in four varieties for you to enjoy at home in just minutes:

•       Garlic Chicken with Dan Dan Noodles – White meat chicken with a savory garlic sauce, bell peppers, bok choy and yakisoba noodles

•       Pepper Steak with Chow Fun Noodles – Steak with a sweet and peppery sauce, bell peppers, onions and chow fun noodles

•       Grilled Chicken Teriyaki with Lo Mein Noodles – Grilled chicken with a teriyaki sauce, pineapple, red bell peppers, onions and lo mein noodles

•       Firecracker Shrimp with Yakisoba Noodles – Lightly battered shrimp with spicy sauce, carrots, edamame, onions and yakisoba noodles

I had the pleasure of dining out several times at P.F. Chang’s Restaurant on Long Island where Matthew went to school!  So when I was asked if I’d like to try 2 new P.F. Chang’s Home Menu Meals, well, let’s just say…it didn’t take me long to hit the reply button in my email!  When I ate at P.F. Chang’s for the first time, the dinner lingered on in my mind for days!  I couldn’t wait to go back!  Unfortunately, there isn’t a P.F. Chang’s in my neck of the woods, but I have the next best thing!  I can stock my freezer with their frozen meals, heat them in a skillet in 13 minutes or less, and have an exceptional meal when I’m too tired to cook.

I had the pleasure of trying the following Entrees!

Garlic Chicken with Dan Dan Noodles

The Garlic Chicken with Dan Dan Noodles is delicious!  I don’t know how they do it, but the chicken is perfectly tender!  Just like in the restaurant! Isn’t the bowl and chopsticks nice?  It came with my VIP Tasting Kit!  🙂

Pepper Steak with Chow Fun Noodles

The Pepper Steak with Chow Fun Noodles is awesome!  The beef is so tender, it melts in your mouth!  The sauce has a tiny bit of kick to it.  Just the right amount!
