Dinner time is my favorite part of the day.  It’s a chance where we all get to sit down, talk and no electronics are allowed.  During the week I like to fix meals that are make-ahead or don’t require a lot of time!  This no-boil lasagna is the perfect recipe because you only have to cook the meat, assemble and bake.  To make this ahead of time, make it in the morning or the night before, wrap it in saran wrap and keep it in the fridge until you’re ready to bake.  My recipe uses Sweet Hot Italian sausage; you only use about half a pound so there’s no need to worry about it being too spicy, however if you’d like it hotter then add a little more.  This is a simple and delicious recipe that the whole family will love!
