    Jane,

    I love Giada! She's the one who inspired me to love cooking Italian! I have all her cookbooks, I must say not all her recipes are quick or easy though.

    Could these be frozen after baking? I’d like to have something I could grab out of the freezer on my way to work. I’d be like having a “healthy” pop tart!
