Hey everyone!
I hope you’re all safe and sound on the east coast!
School has already been cancelled for Monday in Massachusetts due to Hurricane Sandy.
I feel bad for the states south of us that will get a direct hit.
My prayers are with those who will be affected.

Stay safe there in Massachusetts. No one is going anywhere here in the Virginia/DC area — hubby is teleworking from home. Might be a bread-baking kind of day.
This week I’m sharing my experience making feta cheese — that’s right, you really can make your own feta at home with a bit of ordered supplies like rennet and starter culture. It was super tasty in our Spinach and Feta Quiche last week! Homemade Feta Cheese
