    Hi Jane,

I’m new to your site and so excited I found you via Simple Living with Diane Balch. I added a new family favorite, Baked Apple Pie Tortilla Rolls. My two girls are not big fans of traditional pie crust, so I thought tortillas would make a great substitute . I was right ! so simple, so good.

I’m a major foodie, so I’m really looking forward to following along!

    Thanks for hosting the party.

Have a great Labor Day weekend!

    Thanks for hosting!!

This week I’m sharing a recipe for Crustless Spinach Quiche. It’s easy to make, delicious and great if you’re cutting carbs or are gluten free. It makes a great lunch or dinner entrée with a side salad or serve it for and awesome, protein filled breakfast

I guarantee you won’t miss the crust!! Hope you all enjoy and have a great day!!

I made the caramel apple pound cake and it was a HUGE hit at work. Several coworkers asked for the recipe. That is always a sign it was a hit. It was very moist and the caramel glaze made it!
