Did you have a nice weekend?
I finally got my 5 month old Yorkie groomed this weekend.
Parker was good for his first grooming, but he’s definitely stressed out. Poor thing.
Check out his new look!
Before
After
When I brought Parker home with his new haircut, he looked so skinny and different that I actually fooled my 18 year old son into thinking I got a new Yorkie to keep Parker company! He believed me for a minute and didn’t recognize Parker! It was so funny! He looked at me like I was crazy for getting a second dog! Ha-Ha!

This week, I added the Mexican recipe for turkey taco stuffed jumbo shells. This was really good - Grant loved it and it’s pretty healthy too. Thanks very much for the linky Jane! (Amazed that my other recipe got a lot of views - That one was really good - and healthy too! :)

Thanks Miz Helen!
Hi Jane! Parker so sweet! Adorable pictures…thanks so much for sharing…and for hosting!
For this week’s party I linked up a Crazy Cake recipe that my girlfriend shared with me several years ago. The cake is also know as Wacky Cake, Depression Cake and Vinegar & Oil Cake - it has no eggs, butter or milk and is so moist without the dairy, and SO GOOD! This recipe was created during the Great Depression. I have learned since I shared it last week, it’s very sentimental to cake recipe so many people. It has been fun sharing…a lot of people lost the recipe and were so happy to see again!
Thanks again for hosting the party! I hope you have a wonderful week!
Thanks Mary! That recipe sounds like a keeper!

Hi Jane, I have to say your dog looks sooooo cute!
I’ve shared my Turkish Gozleme recipe with you because its something which looks complicated, but you wouldn’t believe how easy it is to make and you can swap the fillings for whatever you want. So each person can make their own fillings up! Fills your belly and is really delicious and very inexpensive!
Thanks for hosting and I will go check out some links now :0

Oh boy, Parker is a cutie pie! I want another dog, but I am trying to hold out until the boys are just a little bit older.
Hi Jane, thanks for hosting :)
Thanks for hosting! Parker is a doll, I kinda like him shaggy….But the new do is great!
Your pup is adorable!!!
Parker looks soooo cute & quite spiffy after his visit to the groomer. My son’s fiancée has a female tiny Yorkie and thought the groomer’s fee was too expensive. A few months ago, she mistakenly thought, how hard could it be to do it herself and how long could it take to trim her tiny pet to cost so much. Well, she tried to save money & did it herself. Never again! She said it’s worth the fee and now her little dog looks so cute and has a bow in her hair. :)
I LOVE YOUR Melt in Your Mouth Monday posts!
I’m going to make the Blueberry Bait Boy Cake for my son-in-law. Thank you!
