    Hi Jane,

This is my first time participating in your linkup party and wanted to say thanks for the hospitality and hosting! There’s many interesting recipes to visit in this party that I haven’t seen elsewhere on the blog and that’s exciting to me! I posted two recipes (if that’s not OK, please delete one); one is simply my husbands favorite (Beef, Butternut Squash and Balsamic Stew) and the other is an easy, quick, super tasty, nutritional weeknight meal, the Turkey Picadillo, or as I call it, a Grown Up Sloppy Joe. Thanks again and I’m off to visit the other postings.

    Hello,
I shared a wonderful recipe called Apple Cinna-Mini Muffins, it’s Grain Free, Gluten Free, Refined Sugar Free but does contain Maple Syrup and Maple Sugar. I give options to reduce the amount of sweetener for those interested. They are absolutely delicious and the best cure for a healthy sweet tooth.
Thanks for hosting this Blog Hop and hope you all enjoy the recipe I shared.
