I love making brunch on the weekends! It allows us to sit down, reconnect with each other and have quality family time. It’s one of my favorite times of the week! My husband and I normally drink coffee, but I’m always looking for something different to serve for the kids. When I saw this recipe for Lemony Cooler I couldn’t wait to try it, especially since I had just bought a fresh bag of lemons. I made this ahead of time, put it in the fridge, and just before serving tossed in some beautiful ice cubes to make it look pretty. This is very light, refreshing, and the perfect accompaniment to brunch!
