As a Diabetic who works full time, raises a family, and works 3 different volunteer jobs, I struggle to provide my family with healty meals 7 days a week. I'd use the dishes to make such things as Chicken Vegetable Alfredo Lasagna made with the new Ezekiel 4:9 pasta I've discoverd that has a low-glycemic value (low in carbs) and is very diabetic friendly yet tastes delicious and freezes very well. Since these dishes are freezer safe, I could prep the dish in advance over the weekend and freeze it, then put it in the oven and set the timer so it's ready just in time for me to get home and serve it to the family along with a healthy salad.

There are so many things I would make in those!!! I would use those pans to experiment with all kinds of new dishes for my family. The most tempting one would be an asparagus and white cheese lasagna that I saw a recipe for. It looks divine and asparagus is so good right now that I think it would be awesome!
