As a second grade teacher, I’ve seen my share of cute birthday cupcakes at school. A few parents have brought these ice cream cone cupcakes to my class for their child’s birthday, but I’ve never made them myself. They’re so adorable!
This is a very creative way to put these sweet treats together. Reminds me of a story…when I was in the third grade, my mom baked cupcakes in ice cream cones and brought them to school for my birthday. The teacher wrote the basic thank you note on the board and we all wrote a thank you to her. My mom kept the letters and gave them back to my classmates when we graduated from high school. I’ve made them for my kids birthdays a few times too, but I will certainly remember this clever process. I’m sharing this at my FB fan page. Thanks Jane.
