My kids love English Muffins and normally I buy them at the store, but I decided to look up a recipe and found English Muffin Bread. Now I know it’s not the muffins, but this recipe was so much easier, and with the kids being off school this week, I decided to try it. It turned out delicious! We toasted it, lathered peanut butter on it, and even made breakfast sandwiches with it. This is so much better than the store bought and you can make it fresh every day!
