The holidays are over which means it’s time to stop indulging, and get back to eating healthy. Salads are one of my favorite go-to meals, and I always have a mixture of lettuce in the fridge. No matter what kind of salad I’m having, it has to have some type of protein and veggies. I’ve been wanting to try a Greek salad for awhile, and this past week I finally did! Now the protein in here is only the cheese, but for this salad, it’ll have to do. The dressing is simple, not overpowering, and with all the veggies, this salad was perfect!
