Ask my family what my favorite snack is, and they’ll all tell you popcorn! I love popcorn and I pretty much eat it four or five times a week. Now being that I do eat it so often I have to make sure I’m eating one that is portioned controlled and lower in calories. One of my favorites is Weight Watchers® Endorsed Jolly Time Healthy Pop microwave popcorn. Each mini bag has only 100 calories, 3 SmartPoints® value per serving and it is the first ever Good Housekeeping seal of approval for a food brand. So I can enjoy it as often as I like!
Every Friday I go grocery shopping and as always I make sure I pick up a box or two from Walmart. However, right now Ibotta is offering a coupon so I made sure I picked up a few boxes. I got a box of 100 calorie Healthy Pop Kettle Corn which is perfect for those late nights when you’re craving something sweet! I also bought a box of the 100 calorie Healthy Pop Butter because I like to get creative and add seasonings to it. Last but not least, I made sure I picked up a box of the Healthy Pop Butter because the whole family loves it! One of our favorite ways to enjoy this popcorn is by making it into Garlic Parm popcorn. It only takes a few ingredients, but tastes so divine. You can see once you remove the Garlic Parm popcorn from the microwave how delicious it is with all that melted cheese!
- 1 bag Weight Watchers® Endorsed Jolly Time Pop Corn
- garlic powder
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 Weight Watchers® String Cheese
- Pop popcorn according to the directions on the bag/box.
- Place into a bowl and sprinkle on desired garlic powder and parmesan cheese.
- Dice up the Weight Watchers® String Cheese and sprinkle on top.
- Place in the microwave and heat just until the cheese starts to melt.
- Remove from microwave and enjoy!
