DeLonghi Bread Maker Giveaway from CHEFS Catalog!

THIS GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED!

I used to have a bread maker years ago, but I sold it at a Flea Market when I got too frustrated with the bread sticking to the pan. By the time I got the bread out, it fell apart or had a big hole in it from the metal paddle that had to be dug out of the bread. Well, those days are over.  This Delonghi Bread Maker has a great nonstick finish which helps the bread slide right out!

DeLonghi Bread Maker ($199.95)

I love the glass top!

I found this healthy bread mix at the store, so I figured I’d start my review with it.  The only thing I had to add is water.

The manual is helpful when you use the machine.  The bread pan clicks into place.

The metal paddle fits easily in the center.

Simply add the ingredients to the bread pan according to the bread mix directions or manual.

This is how the 9 Grain bread came out!

It was soft and delicious with margarine.

I never made a sweet bread in the bread maker before, so I made the Banana & Cinnamon Tea Bread from the manual.  I’m crazy about this bread!  It’s moist and dense and totally yummy!

This is the recipe from the DeLonghi Bread Recipe Booklet.

I had to try the French Bread from the manual.  It’s one of our favorites.

The French Bread is made using the Program 5 setting.  You can choose 1, 1.5, or the 2 lb. size and you can select light, medium, or dark crust.  My bread was set on 2 lbs. with a medium crust.  It came out nice and crusty on the outside and soft on the inside!  We loved it!

I only have time to make bread on the weekends due to my work schedule.  I can’t wait to try more bread mixes and recipes from the manual.  They all look delicious!  This Bread Maker is superior to the old machine I used to have and is going to get a lot of use in my kitchen!

CHEFS Catalog has a great selection of Bread Makers.  Check them out HERE.
