I could make filled cookies for my whole family

  327. 329

For years, I had a meek little handheld mixer until a recent move when the packers forgot an entire section of my kitchen, so now I don’t even have that. With a KitchenAid stand mixer, I could make the traditional one batch recipes I’ve always made, and I could double or triple the pumpkin cake roll recipe my mom taught me. :)

  328. 330

My girls and I love to make great big batches of Christmas cookies!

  329. 331

I would double my cookie recipes, I need to bring 3 dozen to the cookie exChange plus some for my honey.

  415. 417

I have an old sunbeam stand mixer. Yes. I still try to bake cakes for everyone’s birthday but I am so tired of the way the butter and sugar mixture spits out at me and the way the mixers beaters do not go all the way to the bottom of the bowl (I end up having to hand mix it again and again-which is getting harder for me to do). I have wished for a long time to have a kitchen aid stand mixer……they have a great reputation in the kitchens of other women I know. Maybe this year……will be the year that I am going to win one. I can only hope.
