Do you watch America’s Test Kitchen? I have tried many of their recipes over the years and have learned quite a bit from their shows and magazines. With blueberries in season, I thought you might like this video of their Blueberry Cobbler.
Have you ever wondered how many times they test out one recipe? Check this out!

This is one of their many cookbooks:
Thanks Jane - I love blueberries and am always willing to try a new recipe using them. This sounds yummy!
I’m a big fan of America’s Test Kitchen, Cook’s Country, Cooks Illustrated, etc… I’ve tried many of their recipes and have only had one dud-a coffeecake that should have been easy but wasn’t. (Probably something I did wrong though!) Their recipes do work and taste great but, as you no doubt already know, you’re probably going to use every pot, pan, and utensil in your kitchen before you’re done!
I enjoyed the videos. Thanks for sharing. Oh, and I have that Best Make-Ahead Recipes cookbook-lots of good things in there.
If you have blueberries left over after making the Cobbler, try their Blueberry Scones. Delicious!!
I agree Sharon. Their recipes can be quite involved, but so worth it! :)
I used to watch it a lot and I subscribed to both of the magazines. I loved how they explained everything and why it was important to do it this particular way. I learned a lot. But, the subscriptions were a little expensive and I had to let them go. Plus we aren’t home much on Saturday mornings to watch the show when it airs here. I also loved their reviews of food brands or products. It let me know if it was worth it to buy the expensive item or I could just by the brand at Target or whatever.
