THIS GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED!

When I received this book in the mail to review, my first thought was…what a cool cover!  It’s simply beautiful inside and out!  The Betty Crocker Christmas Cookbook is an all-in-one guide to Christmas cooking, decorating, and entertaining.  It features 250 recipes for appetizers, main dishes, breads, desserts, candies, and more.  I particularly love the chapter on “Gifts to Give.”  In this chapter, there are such recipes as fudge, jam, and nuts. I love giving food gifts to friends and family around the holidays, so these recipes will come in handy!  There are also some mouth-watering appetizers and main dishes that I’m dying to try!

To get a better look at this book, click HERE to use the “Click to Look Inside” feature at Amazon.com.

I crave Gingersnaps this time of year.  So when I saw these cookies in the book, I had to try them!  They’re perfect with a cold glass of milk or cup of coffee!  I love the spicy flavor, not to mention how my house smelled as I baked them!

This cookbook gets my stamp of approval!  It would make a great Christmas gift!

My family is of polish descent so my favorite Christmas meal is the traditional Christmas eve meal of pierogi and fish along with our polish customs. I am teaching this to my children now.
