It’s hard to believe school has started and we’re back to a stricter schedule so that means my time is limited. I love baking from scratch, but sometimes I don’t have the time or I just don’t feel like it. I like grabbing a good mix and in a matter of minutes it’s ready for the oven. One of my favorite companies is Krusteaz because they use quality ingredients that make a delicious dessert! We were recently sent a gift pack that included the mixes above, aprons, an oven mitt, some cookie cutters, measuring spoons and a selfie stick.
One of the first things we made were the Double Peanut Butter Cookies. I love that the mixes only call for eggs and butter because we always have that on hand. Once the cookies cooled down we took some hazelnut spread and made a sandwich cookie. Let me tell you they were divine!
Then one night we were really pressed on time so I made a peach cobbler with peaches, butter and a cookie mix! It really couldn’t be any simpler and yet so delicious! For the recipe stop over Flour Me With Love and see how you can enjoy it too.

I Love, Love, Love Lemon, so I’d have to say I’d choose Meyer Lemon. I’ve used the Triple Chocolate one before and loved it. And I only use this brand of pie crust mix. They always turn out great!
I think it would be close, but Chocolate Chunk would be the first!
